Elements of Game Design

Get Em Wheel Chair by Tan Shu Man

Get Em Wheel Chair is a game design created by Tan Shu Man. It is about a Granny wanting to cross a broken bridge to the other side in order to retrieve her wheelchair.

5 ELEMENTS OF GAME DESIGN

1.Challenge

The challenge of this game is to drag 5 flying boxes to complete the bridge. Some of the rectangle
boxes will disappear once it's touched which makes it quite challenging to complete the game.

2. Strategy

The strategy to this game is that players should be alert while dragging the boxes. This is because only the green rectangle boxes in Stage one will be usable & the yellow one's will disappear upon clicking it. As for Stage 2, players should be quick while dragging boxes because the boxes will disappear at random when you click it.

3.Chance

Players are given chance to click another box even if they choose a wrong one before. However, players need to be quick if not the Granny will reach the edge and fall down if there's no platform for her to walk.

4.Choice

The choice element for "Get Em Wheel Chair" is being able to choose which rectangle box you want to drag. Choosing the correct box will enable players to continue fixing the bridge. However, if players choose the wrong box, the box will disappear & players will have to be quick and choose another box.

5.Luck

As for the luck element, I think that it applies  to the boxes. At stage 2, players require luck in order to choose the correct box. This is said because the boxes will randomly disappear when clicking it.
